DOLL Fahrzeugbau has been a partner to various armies for several decades. Ground forces and aid organisations have platform bodies, semitrailers for heavy haulage, shelter systems and other military equipment in everyday use.
Robust structural steel work, high production quality and the ability to integrate technologically sophisticated components in an operational overall system are the DOLL competencies.
In international military projects, DOLL takes the "local content" into account and offers various levels of production depth:
SKD and CKD kits, component delivery or licensed production are possible.
After delivery of the vehicle, the vehicles are taken care of by DOLL throughout their whole service life, including in the form of spare parts deliveries, training and upgrades. Everyday handling of these frequently complex projects is guaranteed by DOLL - ILS, the Integrated Logistic Support, including technical documentation, education and training, spare parts supply and repairs.

Platform bodies
Military platform with torsion-resistant bodies are standard at DOLL. For various payloads, in any quantity, on the required chassis. The torsion-resistant design guarantees excellent handling on the respective terrain and guarantees safe transport of the cargo.
Trailer
There are various trailer concepts from DOLL to supplement the logistical capacity.
- 1-axle trailer with 2 t payload or multi-axle with payloads above 20 t
- Platform bodies for general transport tasks or for ISO containers and special shelter transport
- Special trailers with a slide device for container transport, aligned to the truck with hook for independent loading and unloading of the trailer by the tractor.
Semitrailers
DOLL manufactures semitrailers for heavy haulage in 3 to 8 axle versions. Increased mobility is guaranteed with the hydraulic running gear, pendulum axles and compensating gooseneck.
Special projects
DOLL engineering is the interface between customer requirements and realisation of the vehicle concept. DOLL has many years of experience in integrating high-tech components from system suppliers in vehicle construction.
DOLL Lifecycle Support
In order to make sure that the delivered vehicles are available throughout their service life and can be operated efficiently, DOLL offers an extensive range of services:
- Detailed documentation such as operating manuals, illustrated spare parts catalogues, maintenance and repair instructions - also in electronic form and in accordance with the IETD and S1000D standards
- Training sessions for operating personnel, as well as for maintenance and repairs
- Guaranteed spare parts delivery throughout the necessary periods
- Extensive change reporting and the respective update of technical documentation throughout the necessary periods
- Conversions and modernisation of existing vehicles - DOLL therefore meets the full requirements of Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) for international forces
