Drop-bed Semitrailers

The DOLL drop-bed semitrailers are used when heavy, high and/or large volume
cargo or machines and equipment need to be transported. The loading height and the manoeuvrability of the steering are decisive for use of these vehicles. The construction principle of the DOLL panther with the divided 12 tonne axle particularly proves the advantages. With the VARIO range, a proven construction is available that allows specific customer vehicle configurations with the extensive options.

TECHNOLOGY

Axles:

• 1 to 4 axles in combination with 1 and 2-axle dolly
• Hydraulic steering, 55°

Frames:

• Rigid, single and double telescopic extension, suspended additional carriers
• DOLL pre-stress systems for guaranteed sufficient ground clearance,
  under extreme loads
• DOLL Servo-Slide-System for easy telescopic extension

Low loading platform with:

• Central box frame
• Lowered running surfaces
• Excavator recess
• Exterior flat-bed frame
• Hydraulically extending vessel bridge
• Bolt-lashing connection between the top bed and back axle chassis

The DOLL VARIO series stands for heavy duty semitrailers with continuous axles. The DOLL VARIO is equipped with air suspension as standard. A hydraulic suspension is also possible as an option.

• 2 to 4 axles in combination with 1 or 2-axle dolly
• Hydraulic steering, steering angle up to 45°
