Your Nearest Workshop

Not only DOLL customers from all over Germany and the neighbouring countries find expert help here, but also the business enterprises from the immediate vicinity bring their vehicles to the After-Sales Service Centre at our plant in Oppenau in the Black Forest.
The centre's After-Sales Service department operates a flexitime system. While others, then, are knocking off work and heading for home, DOLL's specialists are still toiling away busily.
 

  • Core time: Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  •  Saturdays too from 7 a.m. to 12 a.m.
     

And if you order your spare parts by 2 p.m., DOLL will deliver from its warehouse stocks
even on the same day.

In addition to the 25 employees in Oppenau, there are more than forty trained and authorised workshops located all over Germany, Belgium and France ready and waiting for our customers. DOLL offers a dense service network.

And if you can't come to DOLL, DOLL will come to you: wherever you are, quickly and reliably.
